Radisson to Debut with Its RED Hotel Brand in Estonia

News Radisson plans to bring its RED brand to Estonia – the famous hotelier will open a hotel in Tallinn closer to the end of 2023. Located right in the heart of the capital, the new Tallinn hotel will join two other hotels by Radisson that are already open in the city, namely, Park Inn by Radisson and Radisson Blu.

These days, many popular hotel chains are interested in expending their presence in Tallinn as this city is rapidly growing as a popular tourist destination. In 2018, it welcomed as many as 4/65 million foreign guests. The new hotel by Radisson will have 150 rooms and will be located in a large mixed-use complex. Besides the hotel, the building will also include office and co-working spaces. The new hotel will feature many signature elements of the Radisson RED brand such as the Oui Bar & Ktchn, the famous all-day dining restaurant, and Sky Bar. There will also be a fitness center and several meeting rooms.

With the opening of this hotel, Radisson will have Red-branded hotels in all the three Baltic capitals. The hotelier hopes it will be a success and will attract both business guests and leisure tourists due to the hotel’s excellent location in the Telliskivi district. This central district is widely recognized as a popular lifestyle area. Initially famous as a warehouse district, the Telliskivi borders the Old Town. Perhaps, this area is mostly famous as the home of the Balti Jaama Turg market, but it has much more to offer. The Telliskivi is a true creative center of Tallin that has a high concentration of fashion boutiques, art studios, galleries, trendy bars, fine cuisine restaurants, modern IT start-ups, and much more. In short, visitors will never feel bored here.

For this project, Radisson collaborates with the Astri Group that is the developer of the multi-use space. As this is going to be the first Radisson RED hotel in Estonia, the companies promise to deliver exceptional quality, innovation, and a vibrant environment that perfectly fits numerous IT start-ups that will share the same building with the hotel.

At the same time, close proximity to the Old Town is very appealing for leisure guests. Tallinn’s Old Town is home to some of the best-preserved medieval buildings in Europe. The distance to this part of the city is only 0.5 km from the hotel, so it is easy to reach it on foot. The modern and urban Rotermann Quarter is 1.5 km away, so it is a great way to see the past and future. Tallinn Airport is also not far away – the distance to the airport is only 6.5 km.
