Nobu Hospitality will soon make its debut in Europe by opening a hotel in London. The company signed management agreement with Willow Corp. Sarl, the owner of the hotel, according to which the 156-guestroom Nobu Hotel Shoreditch London will be opened in the first quarter of 2016.
Nobu Hotels is headquartered in Miami and New York City, and the London hotel will be the first project of Nobu in Europe. The design of the property is developed by Meit Abutbul, London.
According to the hotelier, this is just the first step in expanding in the region as the company has numerous strategic partners around the world and plans to increase the number of hotels in pipeline. The company’s business algorithm has proven its effectiveness the main business advantage of Nobu hotels is in high return per square foot.
The hotel occupies five stories and had angular balconies and steel beams on the northern façade. Near the hotel visitors will find an intimate garden with a beautiful terrace full of natural light. This is also the location of a bar and a restaurant.
