New Bed Program in Four Seasons Hotels
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced the launch of The Four Seasons Bed – new program that helps customers select a personalized bed that fits their specific requirements.
In order to implement the program, Four Seasons has started partnership with leading bed manufacturer that developed special mattresses for Four Seasons properties. These mattresses come in several levels of firmness and can be coupled with various pillows and other bedside amenities. Guests can customize their beds by selecting from three choices – Signature, Signature Firm and Signature Plush. Bed topper can be changed within several minutes, so guests will see their favorite topper on arrival. Finally, bed will be equipped with Gel Touch Foam Center that absorbs extra heat, so guests can feel extra comfortable while sleeping.
Currently, the new beds are available in several Four Seasons hotels in the US, and during next several years all Four Seasons hotels will offer new beds. Customers, who like new beds so much they don’t want to separate with them, are welcome to buy new beds with pillows and other amenities in their local Four Seasons hotels.
The new program was launched on a symbolic day – March 14 that is also known as World Sleep Day. The idea to change beds came from a massive research that was conducted in 2013. According to the survey, 50% of respondents said they liked medium beds, 28% would choose firm, and 14% preferred soft beds. Only 7% respondents had no preference. Among nighttime amenities, 23% preferred bath salts and oils, 22% liked room scents, and 21% would like to get herbal tea.
