Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, a famous European hotelier, has announced the launch of a brand new loyalty program. According to it, now members will be divided into three categories – Inizia, Eleva and Zenit accordingly. Swissôtel got these words from the native language of the company’s country of origin – Romansh is the fourth official language of Switzerland.
When guests stay in any of Swissôtel properties within 5 nights or more, they get Inizia preferences. Inizia implies priority waitlist status, personalized room preferences, complimentary access to fitness centers or spa, and some award points that can be converted into a free breakfast or free Internet access.
Eleva status can be acquired when you stay for at least 20 nights within 12 months in any Swissôtel property. Among benefits that come with this status are free breakfasts, executive lounge access, free Internet access, ability to get 48-hour room availability, and also some Premiere Award points convertible into free nights or a dinner for two persons.
Finally, if you spend over 60 days in Swissôtel hotels within one year, you will get Zenit membership. Holders of this level will get invitations to special Swissôtel Circle events, free room upgrades, same bonuses for the spouse of the member, and special Zenit Awards convertible into free weekends in luxurious Swissôtel suites.
All memberships are renewed each 24 months.
