Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced its new project - a hotel on the Bodrum Peninsula. This place is widely known as the Turquoise Coast or the Turkish Riviera, and is very popular among travellers.
The hotel is scheduled for opening in 2014. The complex, which occupies a 60-hectare (148-acre) waterfront area, consists of a hotel and serviced residents. The Paradise Bay hotel will have 82 guestrooms and 20 luxury suites. The suites will be equipped with terraces or decks, and many of them will have infinity pools or private gardens. Mandarin Oriental Residences will consist of 214 private homes.
Dining facilities will be represented by 6 restaurants and bars. Among them will be a lobby lounge, a bar at the poolside, al fresco waterside dining, and Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop – a signature pastry. On the territory of the complex will be also a huge (2,700-sq-m or 29,000-sq-ft) spa center with 10 treatment rooms and a private beach, a grand ballroom for 135 guests and five function rooms.
The project is owned by Astas Real Estate Investments and Tourism A.S., and Mandarin Oriental will act as a managing organization.
