In Hurghada, there are a lot of interesting places for walks. In the district of Sahl Hasheesh, you can stroll along the Walk of Colored Fountains. It is more interesting to walk here in the evening when the alley is decorated with magnificent artistic lights and fountains are accompanied by music. The picturesque alley is the most romantic place in the city. There are a lot of popular hotels and restaurants near it.
You can take an exciting trip to the local Bedouin settlement that is about 30 km far from Hurghada. Despite the fact that the road to this village may seem quite tiring to many travelers, an unusual trip is worth such inconvenience. In this village, you can see how the Bedouins live their lives, visit interesting artisanal workshops, or buy hand-made souvenirs. The most popular entertainments here are camel rides. In the territory of the village, there is also a small terrarium and a zoo. Tourists are offered to spend the whole day in the village, as, in the evening, they can see fiery fire-eaters’ shows.
In Hurghada, there are also inimitable religious monuments, among which the Main Mosque should be noted. The main building materials for this big mosque were light stones. The Mosque minarets are 40 m in height. In the Mosque, there is a beautiful courtyard with several pavilions. Only adherents of the Islamic faith are permitted to enter the Mosque.
