Our 500-year-old building has been fully restored and provides a marvellous setting to dine near to nature. The 12-room hotel is an perfect base for tours in the 3-lakes zone, extraordinary for its native and cultural sites. On our grounds we cultivate biological products and work to improve our agricultural biodiversity. Scottish highland cattle are bred on our lands for the upkeep of the marshlands.
