Description: The Boar's Head Hotel is a popular Coaching Inn, steeped in history and dating back to the early 17th Century. Today with the Wales Traveller Board 3*, it provides en-suite amenities in all sleeping rooms.

With its enviable situation, the hotel is suited to business tourists, as well as recreation and vacation tourists. We also have two rooms for the disabled with ground floor entry. In the Hotel's Olde Worlde restaurant you will identify an extensive menu, catering to most palates, serving superb cookery all day, every day. The lounge zone provides a restful environment for either a peaceful drink or an informal meal, while our well appointed bars offer a selection of Acknowledged Real Ales as well as keg bitters, lagers, cider and a wide diversity of wines and spirits. We are proud to be a Felinfoel house. The Restaurants and Lounge zone, beautifully Oak Panelled, offer a choice of smoking or nonsmoking. The famous Carvery is open every lunchtime and is also available for weddings, private parties, etc. The restaurant caters for all with a wide selection of favourite foods such as steaks, fish and vegetarian options. The Hotel has fifteen pleasant letting rooms, each with colour TV-set showing 10 channels, shave point, en-suite amenities, direct dial telephone, alarm clocks and complimentary hot beverages tray. All rooms are nonsmoking. Being a family based hotel, kids are most welcome. Our younger visitors have their own special menu with all their favourite foods. Cots, highchairs and smaller beds are available at no extra charge. Baby listening monitors are available on request.
