Moving between Terminals: Public buses, express buses, fixed-rate taxis and free airline shuttles are available for transfer between Sheremetyevo's two terminals (journey time: 15 minutes).

Infodesks are located in the main halls. The two terminals have separate telephone numbers for information (tel: (095) 232 6565 for Terminal 1 or 956 4666 for Terminal 2). Intourist representatives are available in Terminal 2 and can provide tourist information (tel: (095) 578 5971).

Money withdrawal and Communication facilities: The airport has banking and bureaux de change, and ATMs are available in Terminal 2 in both the Arrivals and Departures areas. Aerosot provides fax services, international telephones and photocopying. There are post offices in both terminals.
Cafe and restaurants: There are restaurants and bars in both terminals.
Shopping facilities: Shops are available in both terminals and include duty-free in both Departures and Arrivals.
Luggage services: Trolleys are available for hire in the Arrivals hall of Terminal 2. A porter service is available. Left-luggage counters are located in Terminal 2.
Other services: The airport has a hairdresser, pharmacy and a medical office. There are travel agencies in both terminals.

Driving by car from/to Moscow
The main road leading to the airport is Leningradskoe Highway, which flows into the M10 motorway from Moscow.
Public Transportation from/to Moscow
By Railway: A line links Moscow Savyolovsky Station with Lobnya Station, from where shuttles offer a transfer to the airport (journey time - 20 minutes). A rapid transit system linking the airport to Moscow is planned for late 2007. The train will connect to Leningrad Station (Leningradski Vokzal), which is the departure point for most trains to St Petersburg.
How to reach: By Taxi: Taxis to Moscow are available 24 hours a day from the Arrivals level of Terminal 2 and from outside Terminal 1; passengers should join the taxi queue for fixed-rate taxis rather than accepting offers. By Bus: Regular express buses run 24 hours a day to Moscow from bus stops outside Terminal 1 and a bus station on the Arrivals level of Terminal 2. Local bus no.551 goes to metro Rechnoi Vokzal and bus no.517 goes to metro Planernaya. By Coach: Coaches run between the airport and Moscow Central Air Terminal, which is located between Dinamo and Aeroport metro stations.
