Moving between Terminals: The Aerotrain operates between the Main Terminal and the Satellite Building.
Information and Customer Care Desks
There are airport information counters in the the Main Terminal (tel: (0)3 8776 4386/4389), the Contact Pier (tel: (0)3 8776 0259) and the the Satellite Building (tel: (0)3 8776 2454). Information kiosks, with touch-screen, text, audio, video and graphic technology, are situated throughout the airport. The Visitors Service Centre (tel: (0)3 8776 5651/5647) is located on the third floor of the Main Terminal in the baggage reclaim area. It is headed by Tourism Malaysia, is manned 24 hours a day and provides visitors with first-hand information on places to visit in Malaysia, accommodation and transportation, as well as airport and flight information.

Driving by car from/to Kuala Lumpur
From Kuala Lumpur, take the North-South Central Link Expressway (ELITE), which is the primary access road for the airport.
Public Transportation from/to Kuala Lumpur
By Railway: KLA Ekspres is a direct express rail service between the airport and KL City Air Terminal (KLCAT) located at Kuala Lumpur's Sentral Station. KLIA Transit is another high speed commuter train between the airport and KLCAT.
How to reach: By Taxi: Taxis are available on the Arrivals level. Passengers should buy a coupon at taxi counters on the Arrivals level and are advised not to use taxis offered by illegal taxi operators. Renting a car: A pre-paid limousine service is also available. By Bus: Express buses to Kuala Lumpur and local buses to Nilai KTM Komuter station and Subang are available from the bus station located on the ground floor of Block C in the covered car park.
