Public Transportation from/to Faro
How to reach: By Taxi: Taxis can be caught from outside the terminal building, near the Arrivals concourse. By Bus: Buses can also be caught outside the terminal building. Several town buses operate between the airport and various locations in central Faro (passengers should check the timetable posted near the infodesk at the meeting point). AEROBUS provides a shuttle service between the airport and the city centre between June and October. Passengers should check with the airport beforehand to make sure the AEROBUS is operating.
Faro is one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal, and as the main airport of the country is located there, lots of people get an opportunity to start getting acquainted with such an interesting country as Portugal, from this very city.
