Together they opened the first culinary plant based academy in Asia. The classical structure together with support for latest trends in culinary will certainly keep guests entertained and help them learn something new.

The culinary academy offers one month long courses as well as weekday and weekend workshops. During master classes attendees will learn how to use whole, organic and raw plant-based ingredients to achieve a result that is not only healthy but also delicious and flavorful.
