Hotel Riu Nautilus in Andalusia Reopens in March
It has been reported that the Riu Nautilus, which is located in Torremolinos, Andalusia (Spain) will greet its guests again after renovation on March 1. The reopened hotel will feature new style and décor, and will keep the signature elements of the RIU style, such as bright spaces with modern design. The hotel will also get new services and facilities.
The renovation has touched the hotel’s guestrooms, bathrooms, dining facilities, gardens and its swimming pool. There is also one more change in the hotel – starting from April 1 the Hotel Riu Nautilus will be marked as “Adults Only”. The hotel will join other Riu hotels that have such a restriction – the Riu Palace Macao in Punta Cana, and the Riu Don Miguel hotel in Gran Canaria.
Riu Nautilus will have 293 spacious guestrooms, free Wi-Fi Internet in the lobby, and modern design with simple lines and touches of purple throughout the hotel. Each guestroom will also have absolutely renovated bathrooms and flat screen TVs that feature direct access to international channels.
The hotel’s dining facilities have also been changed and the new “Ole” restaurant has been added. The restaurant offers traditional Andalusian cuisine, and guests will have to make bookings in advance in order to dine there. The main restaurant of the hotel is mostly dedicated to international cuisine and it serves breakfasts and dinners. Other dining facilities include a snack bar at the poolside and a bar in the hotel’s lobby with wonderful terrace views.
Other redesigned facilities include a new outside swimming pool that works during warm months. When the weather is cold, Riu offers a lovely indoor swimming pool with heating and Jacuzzi. New gym and massage centre also wait for their guests.
The distance from the central part of Torremolinos is approximately 2 kilometres, and the city’s port and entertainment district are approximately 500 metres away.
