Virgin Hotels has recently launched Lucy a new mobile application that allows guests improving their experience with the hotelier thanks to integration of their devices with the global database of Virgin. It’s possible to make guestroom reservations through Lucy, enjoy simple check-in and out, make reservations at hotels’ restaurants and review bills. Along with these traditional features, Lucy offers some interesting additions, such as ability to adjust temperature in guestrooms or chat with other hotel guests using Virgin’s chat room. The hotelier tried to make Lucy as much intuitive and simple to use as possible, helping guests to feel “in the captain’s chair”.
Users of Lucy can also link the application to their account in The Know, preference program by Virgin Hotels. Here guests will also get several nice features, for example, they can choose what items they want see in their mini bar. The new application is available for download at Google Play, the Apple Store, and the website of Virgin Hotels. The first Virgin hotel was opened earlier in January, so guests can already use Lucy and see its benefits in action.
