People, who travel with kids, know how hard it can be sometimes to make everything planned. Many hotels these days offer special child zones with animators to keep kids entertained while their parents can relax, but many parents may wonder are their kids treated well and are the staff working with kids a team of trained professionals. InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is aware of these worries, and so the internationally famous hotelier has launched a special campaign together with Norland College.
In accordance with the two yearlong agreement, the college, which is a famous childcare provider, will help InterContinental train its staff to make them proficient in babysitting. That way InterContinental continues development of its global child program. Previously, the hotelier launched Planet Trekken children’s menu and the program that is targeted at children aged from 4 to 12 years old. Childcare specialists in InterContinental hotels will not only keep little guests entertained, but will also help them learn more about the world. Norland will provide hotel staff with all needed information on the subject and will organize a series of training and consultancy activities on site to make sure children will get best care and attention.
