Currently, Starwood is very interested in expanding its Luxury Collection and adding new properties to it. Hotel Bristol is a worth addition, located in one of the most prestigious districts in Warsaw. Near the hotel are located such famous tourist sights of the capital city as Royal Route and the Presidential Palace. The hotel has 168 guestrooms and 38 suites. The hotel’s design is mostly classical with lots of ivory and blue shades mixed with charcoal, ebony furniture, and some art deco details. The hotel is simply soaked in glamour and decadence of the 20s of the previous century with its heavy mirrors, timber and polished nickel. The renovation of the property was made very carefully in order to keep its fantastic atmosphere.
Dining facilities in Hotel Bristol are also worth a separate mentioning. Headed by Chef de Cuisine Micha Tkaczyk, Marconi Restaurant offers dishes from Mediterranean and Polish cuisine. Among signature dishes of the restaurant guests are recommended to try roasted dusk with caramelised apples, spiced with clove, garlic and rosemary. The hotel has also received a new wine bar Advinture that offers the most delicious wine from best vineyards. Column Bar is the best place for an intimate evening. Here guests are welcome to try various signature cocktails. Finally, do not forget to visit the legendary Café Bristol that has worked since 1901. The café still has the original interior in the Viennese style, and offers dishes, freshly made coffee and gourmet patisserie.
