Hilton to Open Hilton Hotel in Istanbul

Hilton Worldwide has signed a deal concerning the opening of Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi Conference Center &Spa. The hotel will be opened under a franchise agreement with Emaytaş Turizm Gayrimenkul Yönetim Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Tic A.Ş. The hotel will be the first property by Hilton on the Asian side of Istanbul.

The hotel will join the quickly growing portfolio of Hilton that already includes 40 hotels across Turkey. The new upscale accommodation will have 317 guestrooms and a large event space of 2,000 square meters perfect for various business activities. Hilton Istanbul Kozyatagi Conference Center & Spa will be located on the quickly developing Asian side of Istanbul.

The hotel in Istanbul will occupy two large towers 16 stores each. Upper floors of the building will provide stunning views of Princess Islands and the Marmara Sea, and the top of the building will have a special restaurant and bar. The hotel will be equipped with Optimum Shopping Centre and a huge Health Club & Spa. However, the hotelier plans to attract mostly business visitors. The importance of Istanbul as a venue of conferences and international events is growing, so Hilton tries to catch up with the trend.
