Wyndham Hotel Group announced its plans concerning the expansion of its Super 8 hotels in Saudi Arabia. The company has concluded the franchise agreement with Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) and now plans to open as many as 20 Super 8 hotels in Saudi Arabia within next 5 years.
These hotels in Saudi Arabia will also be first accommodations by this brand in the Middle East. The news came just a little bit after the announcement concerning the first Super 8 hotel in Germany. According to the new agreement with Tristar Hotel GmbH Wyndham will launch a chain of 10 Super 8 hotels in Germany until 2017.
Wyndham has recently exposed its new Super 8 concept specially tailored for hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and now the company plans to make this project come true. Super 8 is a convenient highway hotel brand that is a perfect choice after a long road. In addition to hotel services Super 8 offers roadside and automotive services, so it is particularly appealing to drivers.
SASCO is the owner of the largest network of petrol stations in Saudi Arabia, so there’s no wonder why the company is interested in expanding its services and bringing something new to the market. Two years ago the company launched the new design of its petrol stations and it wants to add lodging services for its customers, so, according to the company’s representative, collaboration with the internationally famous Super 8 brand is a natural step.
