Alila Hotels & Resorts has announced it will open two hotels in Indonesia by the end of 2014. These will be Alila Villas Bintan and Alila Seminyak hotels in Bali. The hotels will be newly built properties and the ground breaking ceremonies have been held on both properties already.
Alila Villas Bintan will be a typical resort by Alila with cozy villas and wonderful service. The resort is just 45 minutes away by ferry from Singapore. The hillside location on Pulau Bintan in the amazingly beautiful Lagoi bay will definitely attract the fans of secluded rest, and design made in best traditions of the award-winning Alila Villas Uluwatu and Alila Villas Soori in Bali will please even most demanding customers.
Both hotels in Bali are built in accordance with Earthcheck – a series of strict environmental standards. This means that maximum of the nature will be kept unchanged, so guests will be able to enjoy beaches full of palms, virgin forests nearby and crystal clear South China Sea.
Alila Villas Bintan is located on a large territory of 14.4 hectare and will consist of 12 beachfront residences with 3 bedrooms, and 52 villas for guests with 1 or two bedrooms. The resort will have its own entertainments and will provide its visitors with various services. It is expected that “The Village” will become the heart of the resort. This will be a 4 hectare large hub with a spa center, restaurants and bars, a museum, an art gallery, a cooking school, yoga and meditation locations, and much more.
The second project will be managed by the hotelier. Alila Seminyak also has a waterfront location and features 72 suites, 69 residences, meeting and event space, dining facilities and more.
