Riu Will Open a Resort in Golden Sands, Bulgaria

Riu has announced the opening of an upscale all-inclusive hotel in Golden Sands, Bulgaria. The 290-key Riu Dolce Vita resort will be located in a picturesque tourism zone approximately 20 kilometers away from Varna. This is going to be the fifth hotel in Bulgaria by this hotelier.

The hotel is scheduled for opening already this summer. On the territory of the resort will be located a swimming pool, two restaurants, a sports center, entertainment facilities, a special area for kids, a sun terrace and much more.

Golden Sands is a popular tourist zone that attracts visitors from the EU and other continents. It is located on the Bulgarian part of the Black Sea and is considered the pearl of the country. The resort is internationally famous for its large sand beaches and healing springs with mineral water. The first accommodation in Golden Sands opened in 1957. Within just two decades the resort managed to turn into a popular tourism destination with modern infrastructure. Currently there are over 100 hotels operating in Golden Sands. You will also find there casinos, numerous restaurants and bars, golf fields and many other attractions.
