Rezidor Will Open New Hotel

The Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the opening of a new London accommodation. Park Inn London Wembley will be located just near the famous Wembley Stadium. The 235-key property is scheduled for opening in spring 2012.

The hotel will be targeted on midscale travellers and will be situated in Olympic Way - a zone dedicated to pedestrians near the main entrance of the stadium. The hotel in London will have a restaurant, a 300 sq. m large space for meetings, a gym, and a bar. The choice of the location and the time of opening are not random as the hotel will start operating just before 2012 Olympics that take place in London. The 90,000-seat Wembley Stadium will host all soccer competitions.

Rezidor’s president Kurt Ritter tells Park Inn is currently the main brand of the hotelier. The company has even started a marketing campaign to promote the brand in the UK. Future plans concerning the opening of Park Inn hotel in London just strengthen the intention to make the brand popular across the country.

The hotel is not the only facility that is scheduled for opening in the nearest future. There is a concert venue Wembley Arena near the stadium. A massive complex is currently under development in the arena. Wembley City will have a trading center, a multiplex cinema, some leisure facilities, accommodations for students, a business center with office area, and luxurious residences.
