Wyndham Will Open 3 Hotels in India Under Its Days Inn Brand

Wyndham continues its expansion on one of the world’s most prospective market by signing a managing agreement for three newly built properties. This will be also the official launch of the hotelier’s brand Days Inn.

The 3 new accommodations are:

- Days Hotel Neemrana, Jaipur Highway. The 48-key accommodation is owned by Mighty Developers India Ltd. and is scheduled for opening in March 2011;

- Days Hotel Neemrana, Sahil Square. This 102-key hotel is owned and built by Yogi Properties Pte. Ltd.; the hotel will greet its first guests this year;

- Days Hotel Asansol, opening in March 2013. This property is owned by Shradha Agarwala Hotels Pte. Ltd.

Hotels in Neemrana have an advantageous location near the main historical sight of the region – the fort of Neemrana. This place is also considered the Korean and Japanese investment zone. The third hotel is located nearby Durgapur city and in the center of Asansol town.

All hotels will have large selection of business and leisure facilities including restaurants, fitness centers, swimming pools and business centers with meeting facilities.

Wyndham will also open a hotel in India under its flagship brand Wyndham Hotels & Resorts already this April. However, the company is already rather popular in India with another brand, Ramada, and has 11 hotels with total of 1,200 guestrooms operating in this country.
