Mubadala Development Company, major constructor of hotels in Emirates, has signed an agreement with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to build Four Seasons hotel in Abu Dhabi on Sowwah Island. Located in a beautiful waterfront area right in the middle of the capital of the Unified Arabian Emirates, the hotel is expected to attract tourists and business persons from around the globe. Slated to open in 2013, this is going to be Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts’s first property in the UAE. So far, the company holds nine properties in the region and an extensive portfolio in the world’s most attractive locations.
The new building complex will intermingle with Abu Dhabi’s historic environment in a friendly way. It is expected to set a new hospitality standard with an unprecedented number of accommodation services. The hotel features 200 rooms and 125 residences equipped with WIFI wireless internet, as well as conference and meeting rooms, fitness center, spa and wellness salon, rooftop swimming pool and more.
