Jumeriah Group Debuts in Egypt

Jumeirah Group - an international hospitality management group, a member of Dubai Holding, has signed an agreement with Palm Hills Developments to manage the Jumeirah Gamsha Bay Resort 5* deluxe hotel in Egypt on the Red Sea coastline. Palm Hills Developments (PHD) is Egypt's leading hotel development company.

In line with the project, the 250-room luxury hotel in Hurghada is part of the multi-purpose Palm Gamsha complex consisting of 20 man-made islands aligned in the shape of a horsefish. The resort in Hurghada is located 47 kilometers northwest of the International airport. Jumeirah's rich experience in hotel management and PHD's strong standing on Egyptian development market pledge Gamsha Bay's mission of one of the world's top resort.

Vacationers can enjoy the region's diverse attractions and tourist facilities, which include diving, safari, golf, archaeological excursions, walking tours and bird watching.

Jumeirah Gamsha Bay Resort is the company's debut project in Egypt. Its current portfolio includes 48 acting and pipeline hotels over the globe.
