In the state of Florida, in the small town of Key West, is the home of the well-known writer Ernest Hemingway. The writer bought this charming villa surrounded by lush trees in 1920. In this paradise he has spent the last years of his life. While visiting the old house you can see the old furniture and household appliances, as well as a rich collection of the old photos, which belonged to the Hemingway. The beautiful villa with its large veranda does not look like a typical museum. It seems that this house has the owner who will be equal.
Perhaps it seems so because of present 'residents' of the villa - the cats. According to the approximate bills, about 50 animals live in the house today. The cats were the favorite animals of the great writer. During his lifetime, he lived with about 80 cats. The villa was bought on the initiative of the writer's third wife, Martha Gellhorn. The house has so much fallen to Hemingway that he did not change the place of residence in the last 20 years of his life.
