The undisputed leader in the number of gastronomic establishments is Orlando; the city has more than 1,600 restaurants of different traditions.

Miami is rich in fine dining restaurants; one of the most famous among them is Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar and Latin Grill. It specializes in Latin American cuisine and has a number of awards because of cooking excellence. The legendary Asian restaurant Zuma and very attractive American restaurant Michael's Genuine Food & Drink are also situated in Miami.
