In late January, locals celebrate Fiesta de la vaca, which literally translates as ‘The Festival of cows.’ This festival is dedicated to the patron saint of the city, St. Paul; it strikes with an abundance of bright and amazing recreational activities. During the festival, you can see people dressed in costumes of cows on the streets of the city; they are trying to catch up locals and curious tourists.
