Restaurants dedicated to the national cuisine usually offer many fish and vegetable dishes. Local chefs traditionally add various herbs and spices to them in order to make the food fragrant and delicious. Fans of meat dishes will also easily find suitable treats for their taste. The national cuisine of Kefalonia is very interesting and diverse.
