Upgraded F&B Offerings by Hilton Garden
Hilton Garden Inn announced the adjustment of its food and beverage program. The program will be changed in order to meet new requirements connected with current trends, including healthier food and more socializing options for dining facilities.
The adjustment of the F&B program is a natural step in the process of Hilton Garden upgrade. Earlier, Hilton announced the upgraded design for the brand. Hilton Garden now features six different design concepts that better suit different regions of the world. The design of F&B will be also slightly changed in accordance with the region, but the main concept – light colors and airy atmosphere – will be retained.
The upgrade includes new grab-and-go spaces that will be launched instead of Pavilion Pantry in all Hilton Garden properties within 5 years. The new menu will include healthy and fresh food available 24/7. The hotelier underlines that the menu will now feature more local products, craft beers, fresh plates, various snacks, and a self-service coffee bar. Breakfasts will be served in a special breakfast buffet with an open kitchen that will accept cooking orders. The menu will be divided into hot and cold dishes. The upgraded restaurants will offer more beverages complimented with appetizers, small plates, and various snacks. Finally, Hilton Garden will get in-room dining delivery and packaged food delivery that is especially convenient since each Hilton Garden room has a refrigerator.
The new concept is already available at several hotels in the States and in the hotel in Krakow, Poland.
