Virgin Hotels announced collaboration with famous apparel brand Gap. Both the companies will provide guests with completely new service they will be able to purchase clothes and accessories from Gap without leaving their hotel room. All chosen styles will be simply delivered straight to their room, where guests will be able to make the choice.
The pilot project was added to Virgin Hotel in Chicago, but soon the hotelier will make it available in other locations. The companies use Gap’s Reserve in Store technology. Guests of the hotel are welcome to visit gap.com webstore, select the styles they like, and within just a few hours the styles will be delivered straight to the hotel, where guests can fit them and purchase or return items. The Gap.com website should be accessed from Virgin Hotels application or website to enjoy the new service. The styles are ordered using the Reserve in Store button, after that the store delivers the selected apparel right to the hotel.
To celebrate the launch of the new service, Gap and Virgin Hotels prepared a special campaign. Editors from styld.by made various looks using most popular styles by Gap and photos of these looks can be seen in the hotel. Members of the hotel loyalty system, The Know, are given special promotions and discounts redeemable at Gap stores.
