Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts has announced the addition of several new services that may distinguish the internationally famous hotel company. These services will be available only in some hotels globally.

Having surveyed more than 6000 business travellers, management of Crowne Plaza has selected several most important and sought after services. Modern business travellers need faster services, and they want everything to be done with next to nothing effort from their side. The survey helped to determine five most important services that will be available in Crowne Plaza hotels in Europe and the US.

“Anywhere check in” service is available to members of IHG Rewards Club program. With its help visitors can check in using their smartphones. “Completely connected” feature includes free fast speed Wi-Fi. Guests can also use wireless printing option, and have simple access to chargers and power outlets. With “Breakfast to go” feature guests are welcome to get hot or cold neatly packed food and drinks. Such breakfasts are very simple to carry around. “Energy essentials” service implies simple access to various healthy snacks, “Fast and fresh menu” is the best way to get freshly prepared and quickly delivered food. Finally, such service as “Run stations” will help hotel visitors find local running routes.

First three services will appear in Crowne Plaza hotels next year, and other food-related services will appear a bit later.
