Middle Eastern hotels have always tried to amaze and attract visitors by offering unusual experiences or services. While some hotels offer extravagant events or tremendous luxury, Six Senses Zighy Bay in Oman encourages its guests to become DJs under the command of world-renowned DJs. Guests of the hotel are welcome to participate in four- or six-night training sessions with such famous DJs as Matty Wainwright, Stephen Day, and Brendon P.
During these night sessions guests will find out how to add and spin their favourite melodies, turning them into professional mixes. It is possible to undergo training both in groups and in private lessons. After the training, guests will receive professional images used for visualising music sets. They will also have their live set streamed and recorded.
As Guillaume de Lasteyrie, the resort’s executive assistant manager, mentions, they are offering brand new experience that is so unlike their usual services and offerings, but music is an essential part of everyone’s life, and DJ music fits the nature of the resort perfectly. Six Senses Zighy Bay hotel hopes that this music training will attract new guests, who have never considered staying in the hotel before.
