Le Bristol hotel in Paris has finally opened its Le Bar du Bristol after renovation. The design of the bar was developed by Pierre-Yves Rochon and Maja Oetker. Among its distinguishing details are a fresco garden made by Thierry Bruet and an ancient marble fireplace made in the 19th century.
The décor of the bar will remind its visitors of a traditional English club. Visitors will be delighted with intimacy and privacy of its premises separated by silk curtains, fantastic floor made from Versailles oak, and even panels made of 100-year-old pine. In addition to luxury setting the bar will entertain its visitors with numerous artists’ videos and contemporary artworks.
Le Bristol also offers a special menu for the bar. Headed by Chef de Cuisine Eric Frechon, the bar offers a rich choice of gourmet dishes. Among them guests of the bar will find maki rolls with king crab, gambas tempura with ginger and coriander mayonnaise, chicken wings in satay sauce, and vegetables in spicy sauce. The head barman is Maxime Hoerth. He heads a team of professionals who offer rich choice of traditional and original cocktails and beverages.
