Without a doubt, China is currently one of the most rapidly developing hotel markets of the world, so there’s no wonder why so many international hotel companies start a fight for Chinese visitors. Great Ocean Group (GHM) is no exception and recently the company has announced the creation of a new brand for China. Ahn Luh is the result of collaboration between GHM and Beijing Tourism Group. Ahn Luh will be a luxury resort brand with properties in best and most carefully selected locations.
First properties by Ahn Luh are expected to open within nest 2-3 years. The first hotel by the new brand will be Ahn Luh Dujiangyan in Chengdu. It is reported that the new hotel brand will stick to “China services” concept. While providing its guests with the best service of international level, much attention will be paid to local features and traditions.
In future, the creators of the brand plan to open Ahn Luh hotels in best leisure rest destinations and major cities across China. GHM tells than at least five Ahn Luh hotels will be opened within 5 years. Currently there are memorandums concerning three hotels in Beijing, southwest China, and the Pearl River Delta. All Ahn Luh hotels will have from 50 to 100 guestrooms. Standard rooms will have the square of 60 sq. m., and suites will be bigger – 120 sq. m. Some hotel may have villas. Each hotel will have a spa centre, a Tai Chi Centre, an all-day Chinese-style tapas bar, swimming pools, a cigar lounge, a library, and concierge services. There is no same design concept for Ahn Luh hotels, and they will differ depending on the local culture and arts.
