Grace Hotels Will Open a Hotel in Beijing

Grace Hotels have announced it will finally make its debut in Asia. The hotelier will open a hotel in Beijing. Grace Beijing will start operating already this summer on the basis of the newly acquired property – the 30-key Yi House Hotel.

Even though this hotel is a small one, it has an advantageous location in 798 Art Zone – a famous district of Beijing that is considered one of the most artistic parts of this city. 798 Art Zone is home to numerous galleries, and art communities.

According to Philippe Requin, the CEO of Grace Hotels, such location is perfect for the debut hotel in China. This district of Beijing is known for its charm and special atmosphere that perfectly underlines the main concept of Grace Hotels. Even former hotel, Yi House, was often used to host exhibitions and art events. The debut in China is the second part of the grandiose plan of this hotelier. In the end of 2010 Grace Hotels announced the opening of hotels in Panama, Argentina, and Rhode Island.
