Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts has just opened its residential suites intended for a long-stay under the Swissôtel Living brand. This hotel will be adjasent to another property by this hotelier – Swissôtel The Bosphorus hotel in Istanbul.
The building of this property took over two years and required the investment of €20 million. The accommodation features 63 rooms of different size, starting from small studios to luxurious apartments with three bedrooms. Among the facilities present on the territory of the hotel are indoor and outdoor pools, a restaurant, several gardens, a terrace on the rooftop and a business center. Some of these facilities are available to tenants only. Guests are provided with complete room service as well.
By this opening the Switzerland-based hotelier makes its debut with the new brand as Swissôtel Living hotel in Istanbul is the first property featuring the new concept. The company plans to increase the presence of this brand in future by opening residential living properties in key locations. The next hotel will be opened in Odessa in 2013.
