Accor will manage 21 new hotels in Indonesia. The company has recently signed the franchise agreement according to which the company will increase the number of its properties in the pipeline in the country to 34. At the moment the famous hotelier operates 40 Indonesia accommodations. The new agreement will bring 4,526 guestrooms to the portfolio of the hotelier.
The interest towards Indonesia is the result of the growth of the country’s economy. Accor already has a strong network in Indonesia, but wants to work over the capitalization and recognition of its brands. The company’s representatives think the company has everything for successful expansion.
The new hotels will be opened under several brands. The company will debut with Pullman hotel in Indonesia (upscale segment brand). Other hotels will operate under Formule-1, Novotel, All Seasons and other brands.
