Hilton Will Open Its First Hotel in Sharjah, UAE

Hilton Worldwide has concluded an agreement concerning the opening of a hotel in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates. This has become possible due to the contract with Bin Otaiba Investment Group – the owner of a building property that will be turned into a Hilton hotel. With the launch of this accommodation Hilton will officially debut on the market of the emirate.

Hilton Sharjah is scheduled for opening in the 4th quarter of this year. The 259-key property is advantageously located on Cornicle Road and can be reached with a number of ways as it is 15 km away from Sharjah International Airport and even closer from Dubai International Airport – just 10 km.

According to Dave Horton, the head of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, this location has drawn the hotelier’s attention due to growing popularity and multiple rest options available to tourists who come to Sharjah. This hotel in UAE will be an amazing addition to the portfolio of the company in the Middle East.

The new property will be convenient for both business and leisure travellers. Business facilities include 5 boardrooms, a ballroom, several meeting rooms and a huge business center for 400 people. Leisure travellers will enjoy two pools, F&B outlets and a health club. Finally, dining options in Hilton Sharjah include 2 restaurants and a bar in the hotel’s lobby.
