The Berkeley hotel in London, one of the most luxurious hotels in Knightsbridge, has recently opened the long-awaited «Koffmann's», a new restaurant of the legendary French chef Pierre Koffmann.
The historic hotel overlooking Hyde Park has always been a favorite destination of famous and stylish travelers, including Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Naomi Campbell. The opening of the restaurant «Koffmann's» marked Koffmann's return to cooking ever since he closed three Michelin-starred La Tante Claire Restaurant in 2003.
Koffmann's signature dish is pig’s trotter noble. He was famed for doing luxurious things with humble ingredients which other chefs regarded only as the stuff you threw away. In general, the maestro follows the provincial French culinary traditions. His menu includes a variety of healthy and useful seasonal dishes that guests can enjoy seven days a week.
