Information and Customer Care Desks
Infodesks (tel: 971 789 099) can be found in Arrivals, Departures and check-in. Customer service personnel, known as the ‘blue jackets', are on hand to assist passengers on the second floor. There is a tourist infodesk on the ground floor of the terminal (tel: 971 789 556).

Money withdrawal and Communication facilities: The terminal has a full service bank on the Departures fourth floor and several ATMs. There are also post boxes, a post office and telephones.
Cafe and restaurants: There are many bars and restaurants at the airport, including a 24-hour bar and a 24-hour cafeteria.
Shopping facilities: Shops include duty-free, a tobacconists, toy shop, leather goods shop, shoe shops, a jewellers, opticians, florists, sweet shops, gift shops and a clothing accessories shop.
Luggage services: There is no left-luggage facility at the airport. A lost property service is situated on the ground floor (tel: (0)971 789 456).
Other services: There are 24-hour first aid services and a pharmacy, as well as numerous travel agents and a children's room.
Car Parking Info
There is a covered car park close to the terminal for long- and short-term parking. The car park has a capacity for 5,700 vehicles on six floors. The ground floor is used by car hire companies; and long-term parking is on the sixth floor. All floors are fitted with disabled parking spaces, situated next to lifts and escalators. The fourth floor has passenger travelators that connect the car park to the terminal building Departures area.

To get to the airport from Palma, take the autovia (main road) in the direction of Santanyí (Santañí) and turn off before the airport.
Public Transportation from/to Palma de Mallorca
How to reach: By Taxi: Taxis leave from outside Door D on the Arrivals floor. Taxi companies serving the city centre (journey time: 15 minutes) include Fono Taxi, Radio Taxi and Taxi Palma. By Bus: Bus no.1 runs to Paseo Mallorca in central Palma de Mallorca (journey time: 30 minutes) and Porto Pí. There is a bus stop in front of the multi-storey car park, outside Door D of the Arrivals floor, and another one outside the check-in floor, opposite the airport access road.
