Information and Customer Care Desks
Two infodesks (tel: (0)4 4214 1414/2114) are always open on the Arrivals level of the domestic and international terminals. Reception staff can advise on airport facilities, the times of flight arrivals and departures and connecting flights. There is no infodesk as such in the mp2 terminal, but the travel agency mp2travel (tel: (0)4 4214 3414), which has service desks in the terminal's public area and in the boarding lounge, will help travellers with any queries. The airport's automatic information service (tel: (0)4 4214 2020) is available 24 hours a day and also covers the mp2 terminal.
Available Facilities and Services
Money withdrawal and Communication facilities: Wireless Internet access is available in the airport's main terminal building. There are ATMs and phones in the mp2 terminal, but no Internet access. Cafe and restaurants: There is a café/restaurant in the public area of the terminal and one in the boarding lounge. Shopping facilities: There is a duty free shop and a newsstand in the two main terminals. Luggage services: There is no left luggage service at the airport. Travellers can contact staff at the mp2travel service desks or their own airline with queries about lost luggage. Other services: There is a baby changing facility by the boarding lounge.
Car Parking Info
There are over 9,000 parking spaces in nine parking lots, including covered and outdoor car parks, at the airport. Covered parking is available close to the terminal in P6; short-term parking is available in P8 and P9; nearby car parks include P10 and P5, for medium-term stays; and long-term parking is available in P1 and P2, close to the terminals, and P3 and P7, as well as a separate budget facility, Chèques Parking. Travellers can book their parking on the Internet (website: www.chequeparking.com), and with fares from €15 to 25 for 16 days, this option is very popular. Valet parking service is also available upon request (tel: (0)4 4214 2692), in front of P6. Information on car parking and tariffs is available (tel: (0)4 4214 2927). P4 is for coaches only.

Public Transportation from/to Marseille
Public transport services are the same for users of the mp2 terminal as for users of the other terminals - except that mp2 users have to walk for 3 minutes to get to the bus station. How to reach: By Bus: There are shuttle buses from the airport to Marseille St Charles railway station (journey time: 20-30 minutes) and to Aix-en-Provence bus station (journey time: 30-40 minutes). Taxis: Taxis are available daily 24 hours and can be ordered in advance (tel: (0)4 4214 2444; website: www.taxis-aeroport.com).
