Centara Adds 3 Hotels in Laos

News Centara, the leading hospitality company in Thailand, has decided to expand its business to Laos. Together with MOU and Asia Investment, Development and Construction, the Thai hotelier will run three new hotels in the country.

These are going to be three hotels in Vientiane, the capital city of the country. Together, the hotels will have 214 guest rooms. They will enjoy a prime location in Luang Prabang, a historic part of the city. Centara will operate these new hotels under different brands that fit the location and target of each of the hotels. For example, Centara Grand will be the brand for the hotel located close to Luang Prabang airport and many popular tourist landmarks. This is an upscale brand that offers premium rooms, awesome leisure facilities, and some meeting options for business guests.

The second hotel in Vientiane, Centra by Centara hotel, will be the best choice for price-conscious guests who visit Luang Prabang. It is a quality hotel in a convenient district that offers value for the money. Finally, COSI hotel will offer affordable rooms and services. It is a great choice for all travelers who seek authentic and localized experiences in Vientiane. Just like the two hotels mentioned above, the third one also has a convenient location that is great for everyone who wants to explore the capital city.

In their statement, the hotelier has expressed delight with the new deal. Vientiane in general and Luang Prabang in particular have gained a significant attention lately. These destinations become increasingly popular with both Thai and international guests. Numerous visitors come to the city to enjoy its breathtaking sceneries, modern infrastructure, and a perfect combination of old and new. When these three hotels are open, the portfolio of Centara in Laos will reach four hotels. Earlier, the hotelier announced the Centara Plumeria Resort hotel in Pakse. This hotels is already under development and is scheduled to open in 2020.
