Dubai has always been famous for its posh and luxurious projects and this one is no exception. Located on the top floor of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, the new opulent bar named Gold On 27 looks more like a house of king Midas. The bar is made in Art Deco style and the whole design is focused on gold. Decorations, furniture and even wall textures are made with gold leaves. Creators hope that the new bar will attract “social and creative elite” of the world.
Gold On 27 offers extensive list of cocktails created by a team or professional mixologists headed by general manager Paul Bradley who is also known as cocktail expert. Here guests will find both traditional and creative drinks with unusual ingredients. The menu features such interesting blends as “Light Sweet Crude” (using truffle oil and foie gras), “A Ghaaf, a Goat and a Camel” (a drink with goat cheese foam), and “Scent of the Souk” (using oud oil, various spices and rosemary). Bradley promises to offer even more exclusive cocktails in future. The bar’s menu will be regularly updated as a team of dedicated mixologists keeps on pushing the boundaries and offering rare ingredients and new flavors.
It took 18 months to turn a concept into the ready bar. The venue will draw attention of visitors who want to explore Dubai nightlife. Stylish design, music by legendary DJ Darko De Jan and breathtaking views of surroundings will definitely keep guests satisfied.
