Wyndham Grand has launched Brew Parlor, a new café menu that features coffee-based drinks and cocktails developed together with such famous experts as award-winning Chef Stephanie Izard and mixilogist Ivy Mix.
The drinks are mostly based on cold coffee, offering artisanal drink experience and both traditional and new flavors to please even most discerning customers.
The new drinks include Five-Spice Shaken Iced Coffee with Thai chili, star anise, clove, cinnamon, and sweetened condensed milk; The Impetus Spritzer drink with cynar, Canada dry tonic and St. Germain; Ascent with bourbon, framboise, crème de cacao, lemon and fresh raspberries; Café Ole with brown sugar, dark chocolate, guajillo chilies and ancho; and Biscotti Coffee with star anise and fennel seed syrup and almond whipped cream.
As Chef Izard mentioned for Wyndham Grand they tried to discover new recipes that are both innovative and tasty. They have carefully selected ingredients from all over the world to make coffee cocktails beyond such traditional recipes as White Russian.
The new Brew Parlor menu was launched in Wyndham Grand hotels Chicago, Doha (Qatar), Istanbul (Turkey), and Shenzhen (China). Once the feedback is collected, the company will offer Brew Parlor in more hotels worldwide.
