Fairmont Hotels and Resorts launched a new cocktail menu at its hotels globally. Named Classics.Perfected., the menu includes both famous cocktails and new drinks created by best professionals. In order to refresh the menu, Fairmont asked famous mixologists to work together, and then their work was rated by Fairmont Tastemakers. The new cocktail menu is already available at hotels across Americas and in selected properties worldwide. The hotelier promises to add the menu to all hotels of the brand until the end of this winter.
In order to create the menu, Fairmont gathered best bartenders from around the world and created a two year long program named Fairmont Tastemakers. The team includes Grant Sceney from Fairmont Pacific Rim, Erik Lorincz from The Savoy, Tom Hogan from Fairmont Singapore, and Nader Chabaane from Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The drinks are served in high-end crystal glasses that were specially designed for Fairmont by Kathy Casey (Liquid Kitchen Food Studios). Guests are welcome to taste the creations of the top bartenders. The cocktails offered include the most frequently requested classic drinks, revived cocktail recipes and completely new drinks created in collaboration. Guests will be able not only to taste top quality cocktails, but also enjoy authentic drinks from different parts of the world.
