IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) will open its first Crowne Plaza hotel in Novi Sad, the second largest city in Serbia. The hotel will be a newly built one, and will operate in accordance with franchise agreement with Plaza AGNS DOO Novi Sad. The 144 guestroom hotel will be located in the business district of the city, so guests will need to make only a short walk to explore the historical part of the city with its beautiful 18th century buildings, Petrovaradin fortress, and ancient churches. The hotel will greet its first guests already next year. This is not the only hotel by IHG in the region that is soon to start operating as the company also develops Crowne Plaza Belgrade.
As any other business hotel, Crowne Plaza Novi Sad will offer numerous facilities for business guests, such as two large boardrooms and five smaller meeting rooms. The new hotel will also feature sky bar with panoramic views of the city, rooftop club lounge, and an all-day dining restaurant. To the service of guests there will be a fitness centre and a spa.
