Sheraton Hotels & Resorts launched the new program dedicated to food and beverage called Paired. With Paired, guests will be able to enjoy small plates with food and bar snacks carefully chosen and paired with drinks by Sheraton Selects. Only best products were selected to be added to the menu. For example, all wines have ranking 85 and higher by Wine Spectator and the beer chosen by Paired is sourced from local brewers.
Paired menu is available in the lobby of Sheraton hotels during its operation hours. Each plate comes with best matching drink for it. For example, seared sesame salmon is offered together with pale ale and pinot noir, merlot or brown ale comes with goat cheese brulee served with fig jam and cranberry focaccia, bourbon barrel ale or shiraz are offered with roasted olives and red chili. Finally, zucchini frittata is offered together with pilsner. As a part of the program, in selected properties guests can also attend educational demonstrations held by professional sommelier, where visitors can sample local breweries and learn more about the process of flavor pairing.
