BHM to Manage Two Hotels in the UK
Branded Hotel Management reported it had signed a contract regarding management of two hotels in Yorkshire and Northamptonshire. Previously, the hotels were managed by famous hotel companies. The Hampton by Hilton Corby/Kettering was opened in 2009 and became the first Hampton by Hilton branded hotel in Europe. The second property is Park Radisson Inn by Radisson Doncaster Hotel.
Hampton by Hilton is an 88-guestroom property located in a picturesque area of the Rockingham Leisure Park in Princewood (Corby). The hotel provides jobs for 18 employees. The 85-guestroom Park Inn in Decoy Bank South (White Rose Way) is the place of work for 17 staff members. Therefore, by taking over the management, BHM will save 35 jobs for the region.
Both the hotels have had some instability within next past years, and BHM needs to deal with a series of negative factors, so the hotel can make these properties attractive for both business and leisure travellers.
These are not only new projects of the hotel company in the region. Recently, BHM was appointed as a managing company for a new 216 guestroom hotel located in a convention centre at Echo Arena in Liverpool. The Pullman Liverpool will start operating in September 2015.
