Steigenberger to Enter Ingolstadt

Steigenberger Hotels AG will open a hotel in Ingolstadt, a city in Bavaria, Germany. The new accommodation will be opened in the central part of the city closer to its railway station. It will feature 144 guestrooms that will be made in full accordance with the InterCityHotel concept developed by the hotelier. According to it, all the guestrooms will have modern design and size of least 20 sq. m. Dining facilities will be represented by BistroLounge with improved services on offer.

The design of the hotel is the result of work of the Höldrich Architekten company headquartered in Munich. The design of interiors was developed by other companies - Dreesen & Partner headquartered in Dussledorf and Buro Burbacher. The main invertor of the project is the Luxembourg company JP Commercial XII S. à. R. l. Once the development of the project is finished, the hotel will be operated by InterCityHotel GmbH, which is headquartered in Frankfurt.

The CEO of Steigenberger Hotels AG Puneet Chhatwal commented the deal telling they were very excited about an opportunity of opening a hotel in Ingolstadt. This highly welcomed accommodation will become the 36th hotel in the portfolio of InterCityHotel GmbH. The location of the hotel perfectly fits the brand and so they hope the hotel will become a great addition to their collection.
