Louvre to Develop its Campanile and Premiere Classe Brands
Louvre Hotels Group, a European hotelier headquartered in Nanterre, France, has launched a partnership with Groupe ACI OUTREMER concerning the expansion of its Premiere Classe and Campanile brands in France.
According to the new partnership, the companies will open 16 new hotels in France within three years. The location of the new hotels is already revealed. Five hotels will be opened in La Reunion, tree hotels in Martinique, four hotels in Guadeloupe, and four hotels in French Guiana. Eight hotels have already been approved. When open, they will add over 500 guestrooms to the portfolio of Louvre Hotels. These are Campanile hotel in Pointe a Pitre airport in Guadeloupe (80 guestrooms) and Premiere Classe hotel with 40 guestrooms in the same location; a 40-key Premiere Classe hotel and a 60-key Campanile hotel in Cayenne airport (French Guiana); a Campanile hotel with 100 guestrooms in Le Lamentin; a 70-guestroom Premiere Classe hotel in Route de Baduel, French Guiana; and two 100-guestroom Campanile hotels in Saint-Pierre and Sainte Clothilde.
These hotels will be developed in accordance with a franchise agreement with Louvre. Groupe ACI OUTREMER will arrange and finance development and infrastructure of the properties. Louvre will support the construction process, making sure that the new hotels meet the standards of the Campanile and Premiere Classe brands.
